Allerdale's Development Panel today refused the application for a single turbine on land at Wythegill Syke, Seaton, after impassioned speeches by objectors. The agent speaking on behalf of the developer was Mr Ric Outhwaite, the former Head of Planning at Allerdale Borough Council!
